  • Usage and Device Data: IP address or IP-derived identifier, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, timestamps, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and technical error information.
  • Rate-Limit Data: For anonymous users, we use an IP-based identifier and request count to enforce the free daily usage limit and prevent abuse.
  • Support Communications: Your email address and the contents of messages you send to our support email.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

When you use a generation feature, your input and selected options are processed by our application and sent to third-party infrastructure needed to provide the result. Our current AI generation path uses OpenRouter with a Mistral model. The AI provider may process the submitted prompt and generated response according to its own privacy terms. Do not enter passwords, payment details, government identifiers, confidential business information, private personal details, or other sensitive information into a prompt.

We also use infrastructure and service providers such as:

  • Cloudflare: Hosting, DNS, CDN, security, performance, and operational services.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Product analytics, interaction measurement, and diagnostic features such as session recordings or heatmaps where enabled.
  • OpenRouter and its underlying model providers: AI processing required to generate or transform content submitted through the Service.
  • Google and advertising partners: Advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and frequency controls if Google advertising products are enabled on the Service.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We do not sell your creative inputs or generated lyrics.

4. Storage and Retention

Generated lyrics are returned to your browser and are not intended to be published publicly by us. We do not intentionally maintain a public database of user-generated lyrics. However, prompts, outputs, and technical information may be temporarily processed by our application, AI providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, or operational logs.

IP-based rate-limit records are used to enforce the free daily quota and are designed to be deleted after approximately 30 days. Security, error, analytics, and infrastructure logs may have different retention periods based on operational, legal, and provider requirements. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
