These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Lyrics Generator at lyricsgenerator.blog and its related tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

AI Lyrics Generator provides online creative tools that can generate, rewrite, analyze, or organize song lyrics and related songwriting ideas. The Service uses automated AI systems and is provided for creative assistance. The Service does not provide legal, professional, medical, financial, or copyright advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your device, connection, or account, where an account is supported.
  • You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law or these Terms.

3. User Inputs and Sensitive Information

You are responsible for the text, ideas, names, instructions, and other material you submit ("User Input"). Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, confidential business information, private personal information, or other sensitive information. User Input may be processed by our application and third-party AI infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Input and that it does not unlawfully copy, disclose, or misuse another person's content or personal information.

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

  • Anonymous/free users currently receive up to 10 lyric-generation requests per IP-based daily period. The quota and reset time may be displayed by the Service and may change as the Service evolves.
  • Input length, supported languages, styles, structures, and other technical limits may apply.
  • We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or refuse requests to protect the Service, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
  • You may not use bots, automated scraping, bulk requests, credential sharing, rate-limit evasion, or other methods intended to bypass fair-use controls.

5. Generated Content and Ownership

  • We do not claim ownership of the lyrics or other output generated from your User Input, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
  • You may edit and use generated output for your own creative projects, including commercial projects, at your own responsibility.
  • AI output may be similar to output generated for other users or may resemble existing works. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, licensing, and obtaining any permissions needed before publishing or commercially using output.
  • Our logos, website design, software, prompts, documentation, and other Service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and are not transferred to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate or promote illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or intentionally harmful content.
  • Target a real person with threats, doxxing, private information, non-consensual sexual content, or coordinated harassment.
  • Request content that exploits or sexualizes minors, facilitates abuse, or endangers children.
  • Generate instructions for weapons, violence, hacking, malware, credential theft, evasion of law enforcement, or other harmful wrongdoing.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, or bypass security or usage limits of the Service.
  • Impersonate a person, company, public authority, or service provider, or misrepresent affiliation with us.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses automated systems and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or inappropriate output. AI output is not reviewed or guaranteed by a human before it is returned to you. You must review and edit output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it. We are not responsible for decisions, claims, or materials you create from the output.

8. Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to understand the alleged infringement. We may remove, restrict, or investigate content or access when appropriate.

Because AI output may resemble existing works, you should conduct your own copyright and rights review before commercial publication. We do not provide clearance or legal advice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, AI processing, advertising, or other functionality, including Cloudflare, Microsoft Clarity, OpenRouter, and model providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, availability, or policy.

10. Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature, model, language, style, quota, or part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response time, capacity, or preservation of any generated result.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, availability, non-infringement, originality, and suitability for publication or commercial use. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded where they cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Lyrics Generator and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service or generated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, abused the Service, created security or legal risk, or when suspension is required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections concerning User Input, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, limits, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means that you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service operator, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by a court or process with lawful jurisdiction.
